Glasses have always been a necessity in my life. As an artist I have relied on "4 eyes" to see every detail. Working with the staff at Spectacle has opened my eyes to the world of fashionable eyewear, and how it goes hand-in-hand with my work.

I would have to say my mom is my ultimate and number one collaboration. Without her I would have never started doing these castings. Though one cast in particular should be mentioned.

When I met Nicole we instantly saw a collaboration in our future. With her experience in the art world she is someone I am constantly turning to for help and inspiration. Her style ranges from perfectly drawn lines on paper, to cartoon-like animation with textiles, to beautiful paintings on wood. She also does a killer job when it comes to making a plaster hand look realistic.

I met Micah about a year before I started casting, and I was always amazed by his art. It is the type of work that grabs you and doesn't let you go. It is hard to walk away from each piece because you find yourself discovering layer after layer of incredible images and colors. So, when I started these castings the first person I ran to with an artistic eye was Mr. James Micah Hearn.
